The Cornwall College Foundation was established with a clear purpose: to unite Cornwallians worldwide in restoring and sustaining Cornwall College as a centre of excellence. Our Strategic Plan provides the roadmap for achieving that vision by mobilising alumni, strengthening partnerships, investing strategically, and supporting initiatives that create lasting impact.

Through careful planning, responsible stewardship, and meaningful collaboration with the school's leadership, we are committed to helping Cornwall College reclaim its proud tradition of excellence while preparing future generations for success.

Our strategy is built around five interconnected priorities that guide every decision and investment made by the Foundation.

1. Unite Cornwallians Worldwide

Our greatest strength is the global Cornwall family. We will reconnect alumni across generations and geographical boundaries, building an engaged worldwide community committed to supporting the continued success of Cornwall College.

2. Mobilise Resources

Long-term transformation requires sustainable resources. We will build strategic partnerships, encourage annual giving, attract corporate sponsorships, and mobilise the professional expertise and volunteer service of Cornwallians around the world.

3. Advance Student Success

Every initiative undertaken by the Foundation is ultimately about improving opportunities for students. We will support programmes that enhance academic achievement, leadership development, personal growth, mentorship, and student wellbeing.

4. Strengthen Cornwall College

Working collaboratively with the school's leadership, we will support projects that improve the learning environment, strengthen institutional capacity, and contribute to the long-term success of the school.
